Very smart article!

As a family we are facing a situation concerning a Dr. with a particular frame of mind. And the result is, his staff that takes appointments is extremely rude and not very accommodating. Then I met him and found the reason his staff is so uncaring and rude.
They were a "picture" of him.

Leadership follows us wherever we go...in business, family, medicine, or even in play.

Remember dodge ball and tag? The leaders on the playground were always the first ones chosen, or the best ones to score.

We see leadership in all areas of life. And honing it to perfection is an art!
But ahhhhhh!!! What would we lead without the followers?

God bless you and yours, Ron....and Lord God please bless America!!!

Ron - I really like how these steps emphasize that the place to focus is with ourselves as leaders. For instance, in #2 above, you point out that we have to take responsibility for all results. This is difficult, but necessary. If a subordinate fails, then it was likely due to ineffective leadership. This can be hard to swallow, but very true. Thanks for the great article!
