		<description>Amen! All of these are super important. I learned about these in detail on the project/personnel mgmt track. There&#039;s so many reasons for people NOT to help or follow you. Any one of these can cause havoc at work. 

At home, maybe not so bad, as you usually have more time to make up for stupid indiscretions (depending on &#039;how&#039; stupid though).
