It's one of those crystal litters. We use "Ultimate Cat Litter" (http://www.ultimatepetproducts.com/), but I've seen other crystal litters that are actually stocked in stores and they might be worth investigating if you've got cats. And even though I have cats - when we were buying, we walked into one house that smelled of cat pee and walked right back out. We knew we didn't want to have to figure out how to eliminate that odor! I once had to pay for prefessional landscape company to clean up an adjacent house to one that I was selling.
