I have to applaud your creativity. I read a lot of these type of articles that just recycle the same content, but I felt this went in a totally new direction.

I signed up to be a secret shopper. It’s a semi-quick way to make money. I do it while I’m shopping or before I see a movie.

I did the whole eat at Costco thing during lunch for a month. I walked to Costco for exercise and was full by the time I had all their free samples. The money I saved on meals went into a savings account.

Another great way to raise $500 is doing work on your free time that you used to pay for. I decided to stop waiting 30 – 45 minutes for someone else to do a $24.00 oil change. I bought a filter and oil at Murray’s and did it myself. The materials cost under $10.00. It took me about twenty minutes to do it myself. I saved $14.00 or over an hour worth of work at my J.O.B.

That donut selling idea is a great one! I used to take burritos to construction sites at lunch time when I was a kid. That was always a quick money maker.
