I'm so happy I did. It's a quick, enjoyable read that has so much to offer to the reader. The three principles I learned, I was able to apply both at work and at home. When I'm managing kids, husband and duties at the house, I've learned how to be a better communicator and get the entire family working together to achieve our household goals. I must say I had some "ah ha" moments about my own management style while I was reading Squawk!. I loved how the book's message was delivered in such a clear and creative way.
