Easiest Cookie Recipe Ever

These are fantastic.
All you need is one standard box of your favorite flavor of cake mix, two eggs, and 1/2 cup (120 ml) of vegetable oil. Mix well and form into dough balls about one inch (2.5 cm) in diameter. Press them into rounds approximately 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick. Bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet at 400 F (205 C) for 7 minutes and allow to cool.
These little guys are moist, slightly chewy, very frugal, and limited only by the flavors offered by the cake mix companies! Chocolate, lemon, spice, butter, strawberry, you name it, you can make it as a cookie!
This recipe is especially helpful if you have a child with peanut allergies. As a matter of fact, that’s how we found it!
Bake some cookies and have a great weekend.
