		<description>Great information. We are in the process of refinancing. I was wondering about bullet point number one. We are refinancing for the second time. We are technically refinancing with the same lender but it is not the original lender. Our loan was sold to them. Do you think we would be able to take the remaining unamortized deduction or not?</description>

		<description>This is great info.  We are refinancing and hope to close before the end of the month.  We are paying an origination fee this time, but we are going from 6.5% to 4.375%.  It is a great time to refinance.
