Great roundup! Thanks for including me. I just finished The 4-Hour Workweek and it was an awesome book. I’m off to find a cheap copy to refer back to when I start feeling the burnout coming on at work.

You’re welcome. I liked the book but felt that a lot of it was really only applicable if you already had a great business making you a significant monthly income.

It did make me stop and think about a few things though.

Thanks for the link.

I think VNQ is the best way to get some passive real estate investments in your portfolio.

You’re welcome Mike. I’m going to follow your lead and put some money into VNQ. They had a HUGE volume spike on Friday. Any idea what’s going on.

Hi Ron, I wasn’t aware of the spike - not sure what that means for an ETF.

Ron, thanks for the book and for highlighting my cartoon post on paying one’s mortgage off early. A large part of blogging is experimenting, finding what works for the readers, the blogger, and the material. Sometimes experiments fail miserably…it’s always nice to hear when they don’t.
