Roundup and Link Love: Crashed Hard Drive Edition

Yep, it crashed, and crashed hard – my company issued notebook computer that is. When I’m at the home office, it backs up automatically, but since I’ve been out of town for the last two weeks, I have multiple audits that are now toast!

Ouch! Sorry to hear about your hard drive. Reminds me that I need to really find a good backup drive.

Oooooh man… sorry Ron. Consider yourself ahead of the game though – I’m an IT Manager and your backup strategy is a rarity! Most people don’t back up at all and always pay the price.

Sorry to hear about that, Ron. I had that happen awhile back. Thankfully I download my important documents to our local shared drive, so it didn’t affect work with anything. I use an automatic backup to my external hard drive at home.
