We’ll be thinking about your daughter. I don’t know much about Crohn’s, so I’m off to read more and educate myself about her condition. I’m glad it is manageable, and she’s lucky to have you as parents, as I know you will do everything to help her mange it.

@Everyone.

Thank you for your prayers and kind words of support. She is home from the hospital and is able to get up and about, responding very well to the medication. This is something she will have to battle her entire life, but it IS manageable.

My family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My daughter has had Crohn’s disease since her teenage years….CCFA is a great resource
for information, I recommend it. In my daughter’s case she has had 2 surgeries and many
hospitalizations. It can be hard to deal with the relapsing nature of the disease but as others
have said, many live with it fairly well and manage it as best they can. If you need further
