In my opinion, there’s nothing quite like a relaxing (lazy?) Saturday afternoon with college football on the TV and my daughter busy cooking something in the kitchen.

Here’s some relaxing links I checked out this week:

From the Life Skills Network:

70 Great things about having children @ My Supercharged Life. One that isn’t listed is having a daughter who loves to cook! And wow! She CAN cook! Peanut butter fudge anyone?

How to track your Roth IRA contributions and why you need to @ My Dollar Plan. You’ll relax better when you keep track of your retirement funds.

10 Free dates your life will love @ Frugal Dad. This was a guest post from Bob at Christian Personal Finance. All of these suggestions look like they would result in a wonderful and relaxing time!

52 Sunday evening meditations on life @ Marc and Angel Hack Life. Meditation can be very relaxing, so long as you don’t meditate on your problems!

Here’s something you could meditate on: What are declutter your old boxes of stored photos. You can always count on the simple mom to come up with a better idea for handling what’s normally a complicated process!

From all over the web:
