I know they do some estimates of it also. I think I need to start doing some checking because I will have one month that will end up under 500 Kwh and they charge me $4.99 fee if I am UNDER that level. They may estimate high one month then when they read it the next time puts me under and they get an extra 5 bucks. Guess it is time to start really checking.
